We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seido Knives purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.

Items sent without a valid RMA will not be accepted. To request one, please contact our team at [email protected].

Please note that returns are not accepted for:

• Sale items (all sale purchases are final)

• Retailer purchases

• Opened, non-damaged items

• Items damaged through customer misuse or error

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, your order is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
