At Seido Knives, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly and professionally.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for several business days or your package never arrives, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information.
If you purchased A+ Shipping Protection, you are covered for lost shipments and can file a claim through the protection portal within the designated claim window.
Once reviewed, our team will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with your order status and protection coverage.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or your item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected].
To expedite the process, please include:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging (including any visible tampering)
A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your submission and, depending on the circumstances, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
If you purchased A+ Shipping Protection, you may also file a claim directly through the protection portal for faster resolution.
Orders Marked Delivered but Not Received (Stolen or Misdelivered Orders)
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please wait three business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before actual arrival.
