“Processing” means your order has been successfully received and is currently being prepared by our fulfillment team.

During this time, our team is:

• Verifying your payment,

• Selecting and packaging your items, and

• Coordinating with the carrier for shipment.

Most orders remain in the processing stage for less than 24 hours, though it may take up to two business days during peak times.

Once your order has shipped, its status will change to “Fulfilled”, and you will receive an email with tracking information.
