To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA cannot be processed or refunded.
When preparing your return:
- Repack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Include your proof of purchase.
- Ship the package using a trackable service.
We recommend using the return shipping label provided by Seido Knives or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
