Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that sale items, opened non-defective items, and products purchased from third-party retailers are not eligible for return or refund. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer support at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without a valid RMA will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
