Can I change a product in my order?Updated 2 months ago

We understand that sometimes you may wish to update your order after it’s been placed. At Seido Knives, we process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means changes are time-sensitive and not always possible.


When You Can Request a Change

If you wish to modify an item in your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible — ideally within three hours of purchase.

Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed, and once processing begins, changes can no longer be guaranteed.


If Your Order Has Already Been Processed or Shipped

Once your order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the products. However, you may still:

  • Return the item once it arrives, following our Return Policy, and

  • Place a new order for the item you prefer.

Our support team can assist you through this process to make it as smooth as possible.
