• Between 3 and 4 hours of purchase: We will make every effort to cancel before shipment, but it cannot be guaranteed.

• After 4 hours or once shipped: Orders cannot be canceled, as fulfillment has already begun.

Our fulfillment center processes orders swiftly, typically within four hours, to ensure quick delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may still return it once received in accordance with our Return Policy.
