In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A restocking fee may also apply to cover the labor involved in receiving, inspecting, and restocking your returned item. The exact fee will be determined based on the condition of the returned product upon inspection.

Exceptions
The restocking fee will not apply if:

• You received a defective or incorrect item, or

• The return was due to another reasonable circumstance approved by our team.

Please note that any digital add-ons such as A+ Shipping Protection, Skip the Line, and Expedited Shipping are non-refundable, as these services are processed immediately upon purchase.
