A+ Shipping Protection provides peace of mind by covering your shipment against unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances while it’s on its way to you.
What A+ Shipping Protection Covers
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for several business days or never confirms delivery.
- Stolen or Misdelivered Packages: If your order is marked as “delivered” but was not received.
- Damaged Packages: If your product arrives in unusable condition due to carrier mishandling or packaging failure.
How to File a Claim
Claims must be filed within the following timeframes:
- 10 business days after the expected delivery date for domestic shipments
- 20 business days after the expected delivery date for APO, FPO, or international shipments
