To maintain a fair and transparent affiliate network, all participants must follow these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms

• Seido Knives reserves the right to remove any participant or referral without prior notice.

• If fraudulent behavior is suspected, rewards will only be granted after referral validation.

• A minimum $40 order value must be placed by a referred customer for rewards to be valid for both the referring and new customer.

• Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be credited.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in the following actions will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program without payout:

• Spamming or distributing your affiliate code in bulk

• Posting your code on coupon aggregator or discount websites

• Engaging in fraudulent activity or misleading promotions

• Defaming or misrepresenting Seido Knives or its products on social media or online platforms
